After sampling a slice from each, the first thing I noticed immediately was the quality of the mozzarella. Once the pizzas arrived at the table, the aroma hit me and I knew I was in for a treat. Again, I already knew that going in since I did some research and read other reviews. Now, these pies are on the smaller side compared to your traditional pizzas. We ended up going with the Habenera and the Guido BK. Every single one of their creations sounded amazing. I knew walking in that Houdini was a bit different and not your traditional pizzeria.
